USD 382 seeks teachers who are committed to the four Rs:  Rigor, Relevance, Relationships, Results.  Our district develops the learning environment around these important tenets of education.  Our goal is to help every teacher be successful so students can be successful.  Teachers receive a laptop, iPad, and Smartboard for their classrooms.  We pay 95% of a single health insurance policy and 59% of a family policy.
